8:30 am - 11:30 am. Morning yoga. This practice is dedicated to developing your own yoga practice as a yoga student and teacher.
We will practice simple yet profound pranayama technique to increase the power of your mind and relax your mind.
Our practice will also include sun salutations (yang), holding asanas (yang/yin) to tap into the bodies intelligence, domes, twists forward folds shoulder stand, head stand, and a restorative pose.
