We will practice simple yet profound pranayama technique to increase the power of your mind and relax your mind.
Our practice will also include sun salutations (yang), holding asanas (yang/yin) to tap into the bodies intelligence, domes, twists forward folds shoulder stand, head stand, and a restorative pose.
