Kari continues her studies with Mary Reilly, Intermediate Senior Level II, Iyengar yoga instructor and reads many yoga books.

Kari is an authentic, natural born teacher, who shares her experience from deep down in her beautiful heart.
Any practitioner would benefit from yoga study with Kari.

KARI'S TEACHING STYLE INCLUDES:
* Neuromuscular facilitation of inactive core muscles.
* Proprioceptive feedback with manual contacts with resistance and props.
* Activation of the core muscular system and energetic system through peripheral actions.
* Simultaneous integration of lower and upper core muscles.
* Unlearning misalignment of movement patterns that depletes your energy system and re-learning alignment that rejuvenates,   restores, and replenishes your energy system.
* Address muscular imbalance to facilitate appropriate muscular balance.
* Quick results and positive change.

WHAT IS TRANSFORMATIONAL WORK  (YOGA HEALING TECHNIQUE):

Out of Roger Eischens desire to teach others to heal themselves, he came up with transformational work. Transformational work is beyond partner work. Its an unique style of teaching, learning, and practicing that emphasizes helping one another heal using awareness, resistance, action, micro-movements, and partner feedback.   The premise of transformational work is that it's difficult to see our selves. One way we can see our self is with the guidance and help of another person who has been trained to see imbalances. With this yoga training we can help other students heal and recover from imbalance, misalignment, or injury.    Learning transformational work takes training, practice, guidance, and feedback. Yet once you learn the transformational work you can incorporate the resistance training, actions, and movements, into your practice.

Transformational work is a healing technique that connects the intelligence of the body, emotions, and mind with universal  intelligence that is within everything.
Transformational work helps us to unlearn misalignment patterns, behaviors, and movements that depletes our energy and obstructs our healing process.
Transformational work helps us to relearn new, innovative, and healthy alignment patterns that balances our mind and bodies energy system.
Transformational work  rejuvenates, restores, and replenishes our energy.
